The big Bouddha in Kamakura

The first place where I went when I was in Kamakura is to the big buddha statue. It is an unbelievable structure because it is dating from 1252, is 13,5 meter tall and look like a statue from the 19th century. It survived along the year and was never destroyed (by earthquake, or else).

There I met Amy, she is working in the militar harbour of yokohama (the biggest in Japon) and we are going together to the Engaka-ji, peacefull temple in the north of the city. A tooth of buddha is supposed to be in the central temple of the sanctuary.
